BOOKING, CANCELLATIONS & RETAINERS BOOKING & CANCELLATIONS ▫️48-hour notice required to cancel or reschedule. ▫️Same-day cancellations, no-shows, forfeiture of retainer. ▫️No cancellations allowed via social media, text message or calls. Must cancel via website. RETAINERS & REBOOKING ▫️All appointments require a $25 non-refundable retainer, applied to the service total for that appointment only. ▫️Retainers are final and non-transferable and forfeited for same day cancellations, or no-shows. If Vesoel HH cancels your appointment within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time, including same-day cancellations due to illness or emergency, the $25 retainer will be fully refunded in accordance with standard business banking processing timelines. ALL CLIENTS ▫️One no-show revokes booking privileges. RUNNING LATE ▫️Arrivals 10 minutes late will result in a late fee of $25.00 Vesoel Healing House is by appointment-only. All appointments must be scheduled at least 12 hours in advance.
