Many women are use to hair removal appointments that feel fast, impersonal, and over in minutes yet still leave with irritation, missed hair, discomfort, or skin that feels neglected after. We take a different approach here. If quality skincare takes time, why wouldn’t your intimate skin deserve the same level of care? Every appointment is intentional. We take the time to understand what your skin has been experiencing, what concerns you have, and what needs to happen for healthier long-term results. Services are never one-size-fits-all or rushed just to move to the next client. We specialize in intimate waxing, underarm treatments, intimate skin treatments, skin brightening, and corrective care designed to support smoother, calmer, more even-looking skin over time. Treatments may include calming cooling masks, targeted serums, and customized aftercare based on how your skin is responding in the moment. Cancellation Policy

BOOKING, CANCELLATIONS & RETAINERS BOOKING & CANCELLATIONS ▫️24-hour notice required to cancel or reschedule. ▫️Same-day cancellations, no-shows, or arrivals 10 minutes late = forfeiture of retainer ▫️No cancellations allowed via social media RETAINERS & REBOOKING ▫️All appointments require a $25 non-refundable retainer, applied to the service total. ▫️Retainers are final and non-transferable and forfeited for same day cancellations, or no-shows If Vesoel HH cancels your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time, including same-day cancellations due to illness or emergency, the $25 retainer will be fully refunded in accordance with standard business banking processing timelines. ESTABLISHED CLIENT ▫️Two consecutive no-shows revoke booking privileges (studio approval required) RUNNING LATE ▫️Communication is best if you are running late. ▫️Accommodations are not guaranteed and depend on schedule availability. ▫️Arrivals 10 minutes late may be refused service with full loss of retainer. If the esthetician is delayed by more than 10 minutes, the client will be notified. Service completion or rescheduling will be determined based on availability. Vesoel Healing House is by appointment-only. All appointments must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
